• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat at endocon2026@gmail.com, along with payment details, and the invoice and/or receipt copy to facilitate verification and processing.
• Cancellation requests received on or before 30 June 2026 (11:59 PM IST) will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the registration fee.
• Cancellation requests received after 30 June 2026 (11:59 PM IST) will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
• GST & Bank Charges/online charges will be non-refundable.
• Registration is non-transferable.
• Refund will be made 30-45 days after the completion of the conference.
